'Stray Dog’ is an ongoing project that finds me journeying back to my home country Albania. 11 years after my last visit and 3 years after a gender transition, the work explores a now unfamiliar land where the complex emotions of displacement, loneliness and isolation are amplified due to still being recognised as a girl.
